2 Towns Ciderhouse has a couple of new ciders out, starting with The Baddie, a collaboration with the Pink Lady apple brand developed by an all-women-led initiative at the company and released in conjunction with Women’s History Month (and pertinent for today especially—International Women’s Day).

A portion of the proceeds from The Baddie will benefit the Pink Boots Society as well. 2 Towns will be launching The Baddie at its Corvallis taphouse on March 9.

The other new offering is Pristine Peach, which combines the fresh-pressed apple cider with peaches, apricots, and honey, and released in the cidery’s 19.2-ounce can line.

2 Towns sent me samples of both of these ciders this week, which I’m looking forward to reviewing. More details about each from the respective press releases are below.

Embracing the spirit of empowerment and right on cue to commence women’s history month, 2 Towns Ciderhouse, along with Pink Lady® apples, introduces The Baddie, a female-led hard cider that celebrates the courage, strength, and grit of all women.

A portion of the proceeds from The Baddie will be donated to the Pink Boots Society, a national non-profit organization supporting women in the fermentation industry. Launch events are planned throughout WA, OR, CA, and ID where a portion of draft sales will additionally benefit local Pink Books Society chapters in those communities. Beverage distributors including Classic, Columbia Distributing, Delta, Musetter, and Scout have also added their support by providing additional donations from The Baddie keg sales.

Floral and refreshing, The Baddie is crafted with Pink Lady® apples, hibiscus, rose, chamomile, and jasmine, creating an elevated cider with flair, depth and sophistication.

The Baddie is an initiative of the 2 Towns’ C.I.D.E.R. team (Committee on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Representation). Crafted from fresh-pressed Northwest apples, West coast peaches, apricots, and a hint of honey, this snappy cider is the third released in the 19.2 line, following Outcider and Strawberade. Bursting with cheerful flavor, Pristine Peach invokes a smooth subtle flavor of peach combined with snappy apricot, making a great compliment to the touch of sweet honey.
