This came today: Deschutes Brewery’s Black Butte XXIV anniversary ale, an imperial porter brewed with chocolate, dates, and figs. Which I have sampled and written a bit about here. It’s a good beer, and I’m looking forward to opening up this bottle.

Happy IPA Day everyone! It’s cool to see all the IPA love flowing today, and I’m partaking with a Vortex IPA from Fort George Brewery. Otherwise I’m off the grid (but still drinking good beer!) and will be back with more beery goodness soon.
