It’s National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day today! Every third Friday of December, celebrate the day by wearing your ugliest Christmas sweater and, er, drinking beer. What to drink is of course up to you, but you may want to consider today’s Advent calendar pick, a collaboration brew from England’s New Bristol Brewery and Wander Beyond Brewing, Christmas Pudding & Clotted Cream Imperial Stout.

This 13% ABV imperial stout is part of New Bristol’s “7 Stouts of Xmas” series, all of which are specialty collaboration beers brewed with different breweries, released each week for seven weeks leading up to Christmas. For Christmas Pudding & Clotted Cream, the fifth in the series, New Bristol described it as:

A festive stout that encompasses all the flavours of the season – warming spices, orange peel, blow-torched brown sugar, juicy raisins and black cherries – with a scoop of delicious vanilla clotted cream to finish.

It’s one I’d happily drink while wearing an ugly Christmas sweater, and it’s sure to get you into the spirit of the season as well!
