AleSchmidt Oktoberfest returns from AleSmith Brewing
Oktoberfest with AleSmith Brewing begins this weekend (September 10)! The brewery heralds the return of its AleSchmidt Oktoberfest seasonal Märzen, and kicks off its weeklong Oktoberfest celebration at the San Diego tasting room from the 10th through the 17th.

Fans of AleSmith Brewing Company’s seasonal Märzen lager can rejoice as they get a enjoy Oktoberfest flavors with the return of the brewery’s coveted AleSchmidt Oktoberfest! Receiving gold at the 2021 California Craft Brewer’s Cup, this seasonal favorite is back on draft and in 12oz can 6-packs and new 12oz 12-pack “Prost Packs.”
Clocking in at 5.5% ABV, AleSmith’s take on this classic has become a seasonal staple comprised of a clean, elegant, and toasty malt character. The original German-style, amber lager emerged in Germany and Austria hundreds of years ago, though it was made famous for being served at Munich’s Oktoberfest celebration starting in 1872. AleSmith pays homage to the classic style with rich malt complexities that complement the brew’s characteristic clean hop bitterness and toasted aroma.
AleSchmidt Oktoberfest is available in 6-packs of 12oz. cans and new 12-pack Prost Packs of 12oz cans at select retailers across California and the United States.
