I know they stopped kegging Schaefer, but it’s still available in bottles and cans.

But what good work it was. I have to be honest in the fact that I just turn my nose up at most American macro brews and don’t pay attention to them let alone avoid drinking them (Bud, Miller, etc.). However, some of those iconic classics that you rated at the top I’m going to have to try. Maybe my beer drinking palette could turn down its snottiness a bit! Thanks for the great review.

Where is Old Milwaukee on the list? It is America’s Best Tasting Beer. Says so right on the can. They have even trademarked the phrase.
You actually convinced me to go out looking for some of these old beers. Couldn’t find Hamm’s although that jingle is now a ringtone on my phone. Did find PBR and Old Milwaukee though.
I didn’t find any Old Milwaukee… I saw Milwaukee’s Best, but by that time I was running out of steam. Next time. 🙂
