Feckin Brewery’s 2nd annual Irish Craft Ale Festival
Yesterday I posted about Portland-based Kells Brew Pub’s first Irish Beer Festival, taking place this weekend; as it turns out, over in Oregon City, Feckin Brewery will be hosting their second annual Irish Craft Ale Festival this weekend as well, kicking off on Friday (St. Patrick’s Day of course).
The second annual Feckin Irish Craft Ale Festival will be featuring local craft brews with Northwest flavors and traditional Irish roots. The event highlights include- live music, Irish dancers, bagpipers, Irish bar food, and a plethora of local delicious beers.
Lineup Includes:
Shattered Oak Brewing, Bent Shovel Brewing, Stickmen Brewing Company, Seven Brides Brewing, Ground Breaker Brewing, Ancestry Brewing, Uptown Market Brewing, Coalition Brewing, Batch 1 Brewing (meads & ciders), Natian Brewery, Gilgamesh Brewing, Cider Riot, King’s Raven Winery (wine), Three Mugs Brewing Company, Coin Toss Brewing Co., and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery: Portland.
There’s a lineup of 12 bands, Irish dancers, and bagpipers that will perform over the weekend. According to the Facebook event page there is no admission fee, so it sounds like it’s pay as you go (though I’m sure you’ll need to buy the glass plus tasting tokens).
Plenty of Irish styled beer flowing this weekend! And I haven’t even gotten into McMenamins…
