Fresh Hops on the Pond with Bend Brewing
This Saturday, October 14, Bend Brewing Company is hosting Fresh Hops on the Pond, a mini fresh hop beer festival featuring a lineup of all local breweries. it runs from noon to 9pm and takes place outside in BBC’s new beergarden lawn and patio area.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year- Fresh Hops season!! We’re throwing a huge party on our lawn with all of your favorite local Bend breweries to sample their fresh hopped brew. It’s a one-stop shop to taste the best of bend- Crux Fermentation Project GoodLife Brewing 10 Barrel Brewing Company McMenamins Old St. Francis School Deschutes Brewery Bend Public House Silver Moon Brewing Sunriver Brewing Co. – Galveston Pub will all be there! We’ll be pouring & partying at the all day festival with live music throughout. Kids & dogs welcome- you know it!

Not only is this the first such event they’ve hosted, this year also marks the first time that Bend Brewing has brewed a fresh hop beer (two in fact). The cost is $10 for the pint glass and two tokens, or $20 for glass and six tokens:
Not specified on this pricing sheet is that one token will get you a half pour (half pint), so you will still have the option to sample a bit.
