I was on the road all day long today—driving from Las Vegas to Bend, which took about 12.75 hours—but managed to slip in this McMenamins Black Widow Porter in time for the holiday. This year’s version is a bit more roasty and less sweet than I remember from last year (at least, the Edgefield’s canned version) but it was a tasty and appropriate end for the day.
