I was out last week when this ran: East Coast flavors inform Crooked Jay IPA. That’s the web headline; actually the article is more about Crooked Jay Brewing themselves, and a bit of the story behind their IPA. Officially open nearly a year, they are a one-barrel brewery with a regular taphandle at Pisano’s Pizza in Tumalo (north of Bend). Ideally they will be on tap at The Vault Taphouse in Redmond soon too, as well as Broken Top Bottle Shop.
