Leftover Guinness
I had one can of Guinness left over from St. Patrick’s Day:
You can see I did much better this time around pouring a Black and Tan.
Incidentally, the other beer I’m using is Samuel Adams Cranberry Lambic. Not a favorite, but I thought it would be an interesting experiment. Overall, not bad.
A local Irish pub has Lindeman’s Framboise on tap and makes a “Black Bog” that my wife is crazy about. How did your experiment with the Cranberry Lambic turn out?
It was an improvement over “just” the Cranberry Lambic, but it wasn’t anywhere near as good as that Black Bog sounds.
…Though I wonder how well a Lindeman’s Framboise would go with Young’s Double Chocolate?
