Montauk Brewing releases its first NA IPA (received)
New York’s Montauk Brewing recently released its first non-alcoholic beer, N.A. IPA, which joins the lineup of the company’s standards which include a full-strength IPA, pale ale, summer ale, and more. The new NA beer is under 0.5% ABV (the legal limit) and available in 12-ounce cans, a six-pack of which the company sent me to review (along with two branded pint glasses).
The description included in the email says:
Meticulously crafted to the same high standards as its alcoholic counterparts, this well-balanced brew achieves perfect harmony, blending the clean bitterness of hops with a subtle sweetness. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and a blend of Cryo hops that create a fresh aroma of orange and pink grapefruit.
There’s a longer press release online here. I’ll have a big slate of NA beer reviews coming up soon and this will be included in it.
