I don’t have an Oregon Beer News post for today, Monday the 9th; my company (the day job where I work as a web developer) is co-sponsoring and co-hosting a marketing conference this week, so I’ve been pulled in a few directions and just don’t much have time at the computer today. Rest assured, there are a number of things going on this week, and this weekend in particular there are a number of (mini) fresh hop fests around the state which I’ll cover later this week.

In the meantime, I just saw this news from Bazi Bierbrasserie:

CLOSED Monday for repairs. At 1:30 AM we were broken into. Fortunately, staff were gone for the night, but we’ll be busy cleaning today to get us ready for tomorrow’s World Cup Qualifier. We have insurance, but like anything else, there will be some unexpected out of pocket expenses.
