After posting the news about the return of Hollow Jack Pumpkin Cider from 2 Towns Ciderhouse, I received two bottles of this year’s version from the cidery. Hollow Jack is always created from apples and heirloom pumpkins, and this year the spice blend is changed up in favor of a chai spice. From the release:
