Received: Crux Fermentation Project seasonals
The folks at Crux Fermentation Project here in Bend dropped these off to me on Friday: Dr. Jack Fresh Hop IPA, Crystal Zwickle Fresh Hop Pale Ale, and Snow Cave Winter Ale. These are two of the six fresh hop beers they are releasing this year (three cans, three draft), and this it the first year they have bottled the Snow Cave. I’m told the recipe for it has been changed up a bit for this year (which in my mind is how a winter seasonal should be as a treat). Looking forward to trying it.
