To celebrate summer, I received four beers from Portland’s Hopworks Brewery, all fruited brews built for the season: Ferocious Citrus IPA, Totally Radler, Blackberry Hazy IPA, and Rindless Watermelon Gose. All four are part of the seasonal and limited lineup, and while I didn’t receive any press release or material accompanying the beers, here’s a brief rundown of each:

• Ferocious Citrus IPA is a main summer seasonal, a hazy IPA brewed with tangerines.
• Totally Radler is a blend of Beer Time Pilsner and the company’s house-made grapefruit soda.
• Blackberry Hazy IPA is brewed with berries from Bella Organic Farms.
• Rindless Watermelon Gose incorporates watermelon and lime along with Jaconsen Sea Salt. I received and reviewed the tequila barrel-aged version of Rindless last year, so it’ll be interesting to taste the original.
