Yesterday I picked up a selection of samples of new canned beers from Crux Fermentation Project, four of the brewery’s latest releases:

• Boss Battle IPA – the collaboration with Portland’s Level Beer
• El Crucero Mexican-style Lager
• Crux Farmhouse – the classic saison is back
• Tropicano Tropical IPA – the very latest to be canned, brewed with Experimental Hop #586

The El Crucero has “Cinco de Mayo” written all over it today, and I’ll have notes on the others at some point soon as well.
