Some of the latest non-alcoholic beers to hit the market arrived recently, from California’s Rationale Brewing, with the company’s three varieties sent my way to review: Rational Vibes Cerveza, Original Rationale West Coast IPA, and Totally Rational Citrus Hazy IPA. All contain less than 0.5 percent ABV.

Rationale is one of the newer NA breweries to arrive on the scene, and I’ll delve into the background more thoroughly when I review the beers. One of the things that jumped out at my about the website is the “Our De-Alcohol Process” which simply says, “We use state of the art technology alongside a proprietary small batch craft brewing process resulting in an irresistible high quality delicious non alcoholic craft beer,” along with a diagram presumably illustrating this process. Not much to go on, but interesting nonetheless.
