The Session #110: Twitter
I actually did participate in this month’s edition of The Session—though not in the usual way. You see, April’s Session was hosted by the upstanding Sean Inman of Beer Search Party, and the topic was Twitter:
With the possible lifting of word sanctions on Twitter, the Dickensian multi-part tweets from the likes of Patton Oswalt may become a quaint relic of the past.
So, before the 140 letter limit is lost, how about us in the beer blogging realm take one last crack at “original” Twitter.
You can do it on Twitter or on your own blog or both. Just no Instagram.
So on Friday we were in Pacific City, home of the Pelican Pub & Brewery, and one of my favorite places anywhere, for a relaxing overnight beach getaway, and I decided to tweet a short, four-part photo essay as my contribution for The Session (I even hashtagged it #TheSession!). Unfortunately I forgot to also write this follow-up post in a timely manner pointing to those tweets, so… here we are! And here they are:
