The tragedy that took place on the first of this month at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg needs no elaboration; and if you’ve wanted to help or donate to the victims and the community in some way, then consider visiting a McMenamins pub today.

All day today, Thursday, October 22, all McMenamins Oregon locations will donate $1 for every pint of all beers sold to UCC Strong, the victim relief fund. This has the potential to raise a lot of money today for UCC Strong, so if you can get out to your local McMenamins and enjoy at least a pint.

Additionally, their Roseburg Station is holding a benefit tonight for UCC Strong as well, starting at 5pm and going until closing. 50% of the total sales for the evening will be donated! If you’re in the Roseburg area make it a point to get there tonight.
