…and I more-or-less let it sneak up on me. The topic is “Beer Cocktails” and it’s hosted by Beer at Joe’s.
And of course, I really know next-to-nothing about beer cocktails beyond the rudimentary basics of the Black and Tan. So I guess I’ll look up some recipes online and see if anything grabs me…
How about an irish car bomb (whiskey, guinness, baileys) or a dr. pepper (lager, coke, amaretto).
Both made similarly:
Whiskey, and guinness in a pint glass, drop in baileys. Coke and Lager in a pint glass, drop in amaretto – tastes like dr. pepper!
