Having breweries stationed in the rustic cabins is a great idea, however being that this is taking place in the dead of winter, it’s going to be awfully cold, so stick to the firepits. In general, the Suttle Lodge and the lake is a terrific venue for a brewfest and I’d love to see one take place in summer too (though that’s peak season for the Lodge and the cabins would be full, so I get the logic behind doing this in winter when it’s slow).
And, it looks like there are currently rooms available at the Lodge as well as some cabins, so if you’d prefer to stay there while you attend the fest, that would be worth looking into. Bonus: you wouldn’t have to drive afterward (if you don’t take the shuttle).
