Threshold Brewing has three fresh hop beers this season
Yes, the fresh hop news is coming fast and furious these days! Portland’s Threshold Brewing has three fresh hop beers coming out this season—or “Thresh hop” beers, as the brewery is calling them. Here’s the email announcing the beers, which are releasing September 8:
We’ll be releasing 3 fresh hop beers this week, all available starting this Thursday, September 8th. Two of which will be available in cans and the third is a very limited taproom-exclusive draft-only fresh hop version of our Piwo Polish Pilsner. We’ll have all 3 available starting this Thursday, and we’re going to be doing a fun thing with live music from 5 – 9 p.m. and coinciding with the ongoing Montavilla Thursday FarmersMarket on our taproom-adjacent neighborhood street Plaza.
Threshold Fresh Hop/Thresh Hop 2022 Releases:
Electric Fields Cold IPA – Fresh hopped with Centennial from Crosby Hop Farm. Crisp Citrus, Aromatic Floral, Clean Green. 6.3% ABV. Draft + Cans.
Electric Fields IPA – Fresh hopped with Strata from Crosby Hop Farm. Fruity Green Dankness. 6.2% ABV. Draft + Cans.
Piwo – our Polish Pilsner fresh-hopped with Simcoe from B&C Hop Ranch down in the heart of Oregon hoplandia. What’s fun is that our classic Piwo and FH Piwo will both on tap, get your horizontal tasting on. FH DRAFT ONLY.
Too bad the Pilsner didn’t also make it into cans for the remote crowd, but don’t sit on these regardless.
And, Threshold fresh hop beers will be available at least part of the time from the Pop-Up Fest in Portland too.
